x10hosting slow?

My FTP doesnt work, neither does the PHP myADmin
And now my HTTP takes like 2 hours to load...
I wonder is it possible for me to change the servers without having to re-upload everything....?
As the other servers doesnt seem to have this much of problems...

He's not "patrolling" the forums, we already have moderators that do that. zen-r is giving suggestions on how to receive more help. I find his posts perfectly valid and useful, so I don't know where you're coming from.
