x10hosting's server is ****ed up, please fix it

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if you are doing this just to give x10 a bad reputation.

First of all, I doubt we would be setting it up... Secondly, I really don't understand why you can't be patient... I mean they are transferring accounts right now and are quite busy..

They figure that if they tick you off enough you will abandon it and they can take it over.

Most people figure out how to fix it at their end.
You just want to blame others.

Well it's been a week since i contacted support, and I'm getting kind of pissed off by now. Sorry for spamming the forums, some how I thought it would make them work harder. I did two virus and spyware scan on my computer, so I know that I don't have a port scanning virus on my computer. I can also browse all other websites perfectly, all of them except my own.

We've had the same settings for well over a year without issue. It does not lock people out for no reason, if it did we've have thousands of complaints as the same settings are used for tens of thousands of users.

I just did.

The highlighted ones are the ones that are related to being blocked due to portscanning.
Doesn't seem like a large problem. The one I read was due to them mis-configuring software.
