It accuses people, myself included, of trying to hack into their system (portscanning), even when no such thing is happening.

I really don't get why you keep making threads. You already have a thread escalated for unblock your IP...

So the plan is what, to keep opening threads and thus become a spammer while they try to isolate the issue and fix it? Cause it's not happening to -everyone- who uses x10hosting so it'll take some time to fix :/

You need to be patient and stop spamming the forums with drivel. As Derek said, they are trying to fix the banning issue.

They're probably not even doing anything. Hell, the company (x10hosting.com) probably purposely set this whole thing up.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if you are doing this just to give x10 a bad reputation.

It's either a user error or a one in a million mistake.

Yes, because the staff of x10Hosting are targeting one unruly client. You sir, need to be patient. x10Hosting has thousands of clients. You are 1 of thousands.

First of all, I doubt we would be setting it up... Secondly, I really don't understand why you can't be patient... I mean they are transferring accounts right now and are quite busy..

You found them out.
They are doing this on purpose just because they covet your co.cc domain name.
They figure that if they tick you off enough you will abandon it and they can take it over.

Why don't you just search these forums for "port scan" and you'll see that this si a common problem with x10hosting. One that has been going on since long before I even signed up for x10.

Well they accused me of hacking them without any evidence, so it's only right that I accuse them of setting me up without any evidence.

And "port scan" is done by you. Your software. That you probably configured poorly, possibly accidentally, so that to most firewalls, it looks like an attack.
Most people figure out how to fix it at their end.
You just want to blame others.

...Whatever. Nice to see you now have 60+ posts, all with your logo and a link to your site for Google to index when they hit this forum every day.

Well it's been a week since i contacted support, and I'm getting kind of pissed off by now. Sorry for spamming the forums, some how I thought it would make them work harder. I did two virus and spyware scan on my computer, so I know that I don't have a port scanning virus on my computer. I can also browse all other websites perfectly, all of them except my own.

I just did.

The highlighted ones are the ones that are related to being blocked due to portscanning.
Doesn't seem like a large problem. The one I read was due to them mis-configuring software.
