I just received a response from a customer service representative, and he said that the x10Rewards page should be working now. I visited the page, and it was, in fact, functioning properly.

So for everyone else who had the problem with the blank x10Rewards page, try visiting now - it should be working.

Confirmed. It works now.

This has actually been a problem for longer than you perhaps realise. I first posted about it on the 18th April here ;

And then there was this thread going about it, where it was being discussed & had been reported to admin since the 22nd April ;

I hadn't noticed this thread till now though, & didn't realise that there were some people who were still getting the Rewards page to appear correctly. Strange :dunno:

Anyway, yes, it does now finally appear to be fixed (on my screen, at least). So HOORAY - it may have taken a while, but we got there in the end!

Incidentally, it seems to have been fixed at the same time as the Post Icon (

) problem, because they have also magically re-appeared. Come on staff, who's been tinkering? Who do we have to thank for this?
