x10vpn login page doesn't appear to work

I recently signed up for a free x10hosting account, and in the welcome email message, it said:

Secure your internet connection by using our free x10VPN service, signup at http://x10vpn.com today.

So, I followed that URL, and tried to enter my credentials into the Quick Sign-up form, but when I click on the Sign-up button it either just clears out the entries and does nothing else, or (on one occasion) told me that operation was illegal/invalid, but didn't tell me what was invalid about my entry.

Am I missing something? I can't seem to make this web page do anything useful, let alone successfully sign up.

hasnt worked for months (since the big "name change"). The VPN forum is pretty much dead now. There hasnt been any response from admins there for almost a year.
