Resolved X12 not able to connect to administration (new cpanel)

Hi,

i’m not able to login whatever user and password i try.

https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN (the redirect link when i login to the x10hosting front page)

i sometime remove the /cmd_login

i’ve tried to connect with the FTP credentials with no success either.

No, because the link has stop working after a few tried. And i’m able to login x10hosting...so my password is working.

for the worksite not working, in fact it is live, but after the migration (which killed my site) i add the reinstall everything and did it in a subfolder.

Sounds like maybe you were blocked. I'll ask an admin to check if you are.

The IP is not blocked.

We do recommend that you login through the portal however, as that is the only thing that counts towards activity on your account (logging in once every 30 days is a requirement for free hosting). Using that will bypass the user/password and use a session based login with the credentials you use on the main login.

The same as you use for ftp should however work, assuming you do not use an ftp account you created from within the control panel.

I'm not sure what happened, but now I'm able to login from the portal (I'm now not redirected to an unavailable page...).

I have anoter issue, but hat would be another thread.
