x12 SSO Login Issues

Hello, good afternoon. I'm having trouble logging into my x12 panel. I've read that there have recently been problems with x13, but I don't know if this error is also occurring with x12.

A few hours ago it said: An unexpected error. Now it says: Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again.

While reading the x13 post, I saw that I could try logging in with my username and password, so I tried again, but it won't let me in.

(I got the username from the example image in the post, and it's also the username in the email you sent me when I created my account, so I know I'm entering it correctly.)

If I try to access the panel from the Dashboard, the error I get is "Internal error. Please refresh the page and try again." As you can see from the image

Can you re-attempt this should now work.

Thank you so much, it's working now, but something strange is happening. At first, it shows me the login window (entering my username and password), but if I click the Hosting Control Panel button again, it redirects me correctly to the window where I can access my files.
