Good Afternoon, I need to access my control panel but unfortunately I keep getting the following error. x12.x10hosting.com could not be reached.

From other threads i have read it seems to be an IP issue. can someone please help.

Most user access the hosting control panel via a button link in the DA account panel: https://x10hosting.com/login

There is a direct link:

• https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222
• "Your domain": https://tbint.x10.mx:2222/

Your domain DNS will direct you to the correct host yours being x12.x10hosting.com.

Thanks, still getting the same error message as above. I can log in via a mobile device, so looks as though its the IP address issue.

It seems your Ip was blocked for to many failed Direct Admin Roundcube Login attempts. I went ahead and removed the block but make sure you are using the correct login credentials.
