x13 Currently Down?

Hey folks. Been trying to get into my control panel for https://venomgraphics.x10.mx and can't.

The site was working fine earlier yesterday, and suddenly stopped.

I can't get into DirectAdmin, the actual website or FTP at all. Trying to go to x13.x10hosting.com, which usually just says "Apache is functioning normally", results in a "This site can't be reached" error page.


I didn't see anything in the forums about it (yet), so I'm unsure if it's just my connection or is the server's actually down. Another site that I run that's on x12 is running just fine - it's only the x13 site.

Services are not down and your website has been up and online.

However, your IP was blocked on our firewall for :

5 (sshd) Failed SSH login attempts

Please note free hosting does not offer SSH access. SSH access includes SFTP as well.

I have removed this block from our firewall and you should see your service loading normally.

i have the same problem beacuse of the same problem. i miss type the password a few times.

I have removed the block.
In the future if you need any assistance, please start your own thread as it is easy to miss things in a thread that has mutliple posters.
