x13 java.net.SocketTimeoutException

Has anything changed on x13 that might impact my attempts to upload files?

For years I have been able to remotely upload text files to my x13 website jmannz.x10host.com.
In the last few weeks I now get java.net.SocketTimeoutException.
I am still able to remotely download files from or delete files on my website.

I feel issue is on my end, not x13.
I was able to upload file with Python, the socketTimeOut happens from an Android app using kotlin.
Probably a underlying library change.
