X14 server, since yesterday no email will go in or out of the server.
no settings anywhere have been changed, mx server is correct, literally nothing changed from Wen to Thurs, except Thurs emails no longer worked and haven't since.
No mail in or out. Outgoing mail is bounced back suddenly saying error , the address exists, it's in my control panel, I can log into webmail, but no email will go in or out.
Sending an email gets the following returned to sender:
The response from the remote server was:
550 authentication required
Web services all fine.
Sending FROM Hotmail to me here results in this error:
Diagnostic information for administrators:
Generating server: MN0PR22MB5661.namprd22.prod.outlook.com
x14.x10hosting.com
Remote server returned '550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 550 No such recipient here'
Sending From Gmail to here results in this:
Again nothing was changed, no settings, etc. It just stopped working
