x14.x10hosting.com cannot access Hosting control panel

Greetings, Has been over 24 hours .Cannot load hosting control panel and my site/email is down. Any help greatly appreciated.

I have lost email and cant log in to panel. I can get into my https://x10hosting.com/panel but not my host control panel.
