x15 server: Failed to create login token: Login failed.

I'm able to login to the sign-in dashboard but, clicking the green Hosting Control Panel results in an error message.

The complete error message is:

Failed to create login token: Login failed. Please refresh the page and try again.. If this account was just created, it may take several minutes to become available

Yesterday, I had no issues with reaching the DA panel, even after reading the following post:

However, today there is no joy.
