xivetek.x10hosting is down

Our xivetek.x10.mx was down, then I tried to fix it by changing the main domain to x10hosting, but the problem persists.

He's on Chopin. I'm not sure what the issue actually is though.

Edit: I should clarify, I know there's an issue but I'm not sure what's causing it. But it's not the lotus/cossacks move cause he's on chopin.

My friend's site on Chopin to totally down now too. Well, not totally. He said he can get to cPanel. But no web access to his site.

I know why my site is down. I'm on Lotus. Guess the big guys don't know why Chopin is down.

That misconfiguration page requires me to escalate this so I will.

Just to note though, at the time of the original post chopin -was- down
