[XO3] Suspended but not?

Okay, so I am on node xo3 and My website, file manager and login works without telling me its suspended. but when I try to create a FTP or database "Account is Suspended!"

How can this be if I have access to everything but those? Help?

Hi,

I've run a suspension and unsuspension on your account, so you should be okay now. Sometimes the unsuspension queue gets stuck and doesn't complete.

I have the same issue that evasionx had. All my files are in the file manager, but my website comes up with a suspended page. I received the email that it had been unsuspended since I missed this last months deadline to check into the portal, the unsuspender must be stuck again.

So this was a really weird one. For some reason, you had a manual Apache configuration in your virtualhost that was causing the suspension. I've removed it. You may need to clear your cache.
