XO3.. very, very slow

Hi, since yesterday I'm having trouble accessing my account, the web server takes too long to respond.

In status.x10hosting.com it's reported that XO2 server is down, but XO3 is not working well.

my site which is on x10hosting's free-hosting server xo3 has no issues at about 13:30 2016-03-15 UTC
