xo#.x10hosting.com servers are all decommissioned. Either x10 will recycle them or they'll go back to SingleHop and they'll be someone else's server. But, they won't work for your account.

The new servers are x1#.x10hosting.com, which are nicely related to the IP of 198.91.81.1#
