For security reasons. You may request a version upgrade in your account panel, it should have XSLT in it.

The request a PHP upgrade from Basic, to Intermediate... this process may take up to 24 hours to complete and activate fully, you usually recieve an email when it is active...After 24 hours if you still have this problem, please post again letting us know.

Hm, my account was upgraded to PHP level 2, but there still doesn't seem to be a XSLT processor available.

Also, the descriptions for the PHP versions don't seem to mention XSLT anywhere ... does the Advanced version of PHP have XSLT enabled though?
