No, only files pertaining to your website can be hosted on your website. Also your account has been suspended for the file uploading script.

No answer doesn't mean it's allowed. No answer means no one was on IRC to answer the question.

We may have been logged in but not at the keyboard or not watching the screen. The problem here is it just got suspended by one of our Level 3 Support Techs - if he says it's TOS breaking, it is. Unfortunately File Hosting is a zero tolerance suspension that cannot be removed.

Your work is gone because instead of waiting for an answer or asking here, you assumed no answer meant it was okay.

If you logged on and said "I'm posting a download for Dead Rising 2 full version on my site, is that okay?" and no one responded, that doesn't make it okay either. It's in the TOS what's allowed and what's not - File Uploaders have always violated the No File Hosting rule on the TOS.

i waited 2+ hours and i repeated to people and no-one answered so i kept it and no-one knew of it because i didn't even share it :-\

It was still visible on the account to Brandon which is why he suspended it. Just it being on the account is enough to be suspended, whether or not it was in use.

And again, not getting an answer on IRC does not override our TOS - when in doubt, if you can't get an answer on IRC, open a ticket.

Alas, the files were still there so there was intent to use it. This is the final saying on this suspension, it won't be overturned. If you had read the terms of service, it states it in clear English that they are not allowed.

actually, i will try getting a premium site, but when i make premium, can it be with the same domain name as the other? my mods + admins are now emailing me and not understanding anything, we just switched from zymic.com to here.
