hi, dunno what the deal is with the server but i keep getting suspended for high resource usage, dunno how this can be considering ive had the site for over 2 years and nothing has changed in months, in the last 2 months ive been suspended 4 or 5 times, and i cant auto unsuspend. can you tell me if its memory usage or if its cpu spikes that are causing the suspensions. i find it kinda strange this is happening since its only wordpress running on the site.
On a side note is there a way to make a full backup through cpanel like i was able to 2 years ago, for instance there was a specific icon for making full archives of the site
