Yet another suspension

My account has been suspended...and there is no reason...Suspension reason reads: "Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket."

Can someone let me know why? Or if it was a mistake/error, when it might be back?
