Ok, I know you guys are having some problems. Can you add this to the list?
I'm getting this message when logging in. And If I try to switch to cPanel I get the "1" as others have posted.

The x10Hosting Basic control panel is probably showing this because you made your original account with cPanel x3.

As the self-switcher is broken, I've forcefully changed your cPanel theme from the backend to x3.
