On skype with several friends, looking for a hosting site similar to this.
None of us can figure this site out.

So you have lost my business and those in my network.

Your site needs a complete re-do.
Hire a thinking individual, with emphasis on user friendly and fast start understanding.

You have failed, which is bottom line profit loss for your firm.

My advice:
Never, never allow frustration for your customers.

You simply do not understand this business or web site building.

Also, this place isn't a website builder. It's a hosting site - hence the name x10hosting.com.

umm, you sound upset and frustrated...

There's many others that have worked it out and going fine.. in fact over 25,000 users from what I can tell.
But then again you may classify as being in a special group of people (I best stop here or I may take on the tone you have)

Oh, and good luck finding a better free hosting provider.
