Hello,
I am trying to sign up for a free enhanced hosting but after confirm the account i receive the fellowing email:

"This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

You must supply a contact email address.

The error that occurred can most likely be resolved by signing up again for a hosting account here: http://x10hosting.com/hosting/signup

If you keep receiving this error, please post on our forums for support or forward this email to support@x10hosting.com."

If i try to lynk hosting account after login gives me this error:
"An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist."

Here are my account details:
Account user:mehefil
Forum user:mehefil
Domain:mehefil.exofire.net and also tried with mehefil.x10hosting.com
Mail:mehefil@hotmail.com

what am i doing wrong?

What type of hosting are you signing up for? The ad-enhanced hosting has been having some issues since early this morning, I am almost finished correcting it.

I was signing for corporate hosting.
Do i need to sign up again or will my account be created?

Try signing up again, let me know if it gives you an error. We had quite a few problems earlier today that are now solved.

I am currently having the same issue as "mehefil". I am trying to set up the enhansed service, not coporate, but other wise the same behavior.

PM me your Cpanel name and e-mail addy and if you are ad-free or ad-enhanced and I'll look into it.

I just signed up myself for the advanced package. My wait time is 15 min ;( Once it attempts to create the account I'll see what is up.

It looks like we've narrowed this problem down to something to do with the password having special characters in it. We'll be working on a fix shortly but for anyone else that has the problem, try taking the special chars out of your password and making sure you go to http://x10hosting.com/logout before trying to sign-up again.
