and where is the answer to my support ticket? I said i opened this site for my school class. MUKAL means "Mühendislik Uygulamalarý-Kadýköy Anadolu Lisesi" means "Engineering Applications-Kadýköy Anatolian High School-Ýstanbul/Turkey". And it gets suspended 3 times today when it is just under-construction. Ok, then you didnt get the "PASS" mark from me. What a poor company...

You were suspended for Phishing.

If you feel this is a mistake, please post back, using proper english, and we can have an administrator tell you exactly why you were suspended. (What file triggered it, etc)

If the other one was already escalated to admins, you need to give it some time. Staff get a lot of escalated tickets that they have to go through.

If memory serves that ticket has been escalated 12 hours. It will take some time for them to get to your ticket and do the investigation required :/

And one more question. if i buy your premium service, will i have this problems again too?

Avoid "bumping" your escalated ticket because for staff, its arranged by last reply and bumping it will actually bring it to the end of the line. Try to be patient.

If the admins find that your account is indeed hosting a phishing site, premium hosting does not allow phishing either and neither does VPS. And on premium hosting, you get access to the ticket support area, which is premium support and response time would be significantly faster.
