A game maker team can submit their game. But in your TOS

I found ... This.

Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

So what r u trying to say.???

You can reply to threads - stop making new ones or you will get an infraction.

You do know you can just reply to your existing topics right?

Anyways, Game File hosting doesn't refer to the installers for games you make. It refers to sites that mirror files for games like CounterStrike, which can download their maps from a webserver to save time. That isn't allowed; it sucks up resources.

Only if it's breaking the ToS. Is it breaking the ToS?

Only if your site violates the TOS. If it gets -mega- popular you might hit the high cpu/ram limits and get a high resource usage suspension, however that is NOT a permanent one - that one can be removed.

If your site drains a lot of resources, and a lot of people need them at once, the system may suspend you for high resource usage....but other than that-as long as you comply with the ToS, you will not be banned.

As long as they are directly related to your website, and you have written all of their content yourself.

Not anymore at least. Staff checked your account:

headersec('Uploadtonic Free File Hosting Service','free file hosting exe hosting *.* hosting 400 MB free storage');

Permanently suspended for File Hosting. After all this talk too :/

Also you need to actually listen to what's being said - High Resource Usage means your site is hogging all the CPU/Ram on the server. It's a TEMPORARY suspension that can be resolved.

The problem is File Hosting, which you just got suspended for, IS a permanent suspension.

Sorry but i search in google for x10hosting reputation. And i am surprised.

In each forum users are telling that x10hosting is the worst webhosting service they ever mate.

Is it right???

Very few of the reviews written were written by users following the TOS.

Most of them are just upset they broke the rules and got removed from the service forcefully.

That is irrelevant to the fact that you are performing "illegal" operations on your hosting account.

x10 is great, it's the people who abuse it who make it bad and slow occasionally.

Think about it... how often do you write positive reviews vs negative ones? Sad fact is the primary cause for writing a review is either a totally awesome or a negative experience.

To be clear, my understanding is that if your website is to do with your own software that you develop, and you host your own installer app which installs your software, then yes, it's fine.

No, you're not allowed to host a file uploading/sharing service similar to MegaUpload/RapidShare/etc.
