"Zt perm means that there is zero tolerance for warez and your suspension is permanent. No backups will be accessed nor provided."
Does that cover it? Cause opening multiple tickets is bad when you've got 1 going already, especially when that 1 ticket has the answer right there. Closing ticket; use your existing one.
