Hi there,

I followed this link to upgrade my account http://x10hosting.com/prime-membership but it is required my to pay via paypal. Unfortunately I dont have Paypal account at the moment. Could you please active my account so that my site can run for now? I will create Paypal account and get back as soon as possible.

BTW, I'm now in japan, so in case i can not create paypal account, is there another way to do pay for you service?

Please do note that even with Prime applied you will need to make a full translation of your site into one of the following languages: English, Spanish or French.
Currently the Prime membership can only be paid for using paypal.

Our Premium hosting does not have a language restriction, and offers more payment alternatives.

I have unsuspended your account, please look into translating the site as soon as possible.

My site works now.

I'm trying to buy a premium package. But I just want to confirm that if i register via this link: http://x10premium.com/ then my existing account tenkana.x10.mx will be updated or another one will be created? Or if any configuration may harm my existing site?

You would need to request that your current free account is migrated over to the premium server by opening a ticket in the premium support. Please include your current cPanel username so we can find the right account to migrate.
