my account was suspended. it give me a massage that "Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket". now i need to access my account because i have very important file there. please help me...

how can i unsuspend my account....???????

No,it will be deleted automatically.There is no chance to get back your account nor any back up.
