You were hosting a proxy on your account, which is against our zero-tolerance policy.

TOS, #1 Server usage:
Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.
You've been permanently suspended for use of a proxy script on your hosting account. This is under the Zero Tolerance policy and as such your account will not be unsuspended.
If you wish to challenge this suspension, reply back and an Advocate or higher will escalate this to staff. That said, the reason in the suspension screen I have access to simply says "Proxy" - the automated suspensions are more like "Illegal content detected on account - proxies are against the x10hosting TOS," so I'm pretty sure yours was already manually reviewed. But we can always request a re-review.
