Your impressions of my site

My site has been around (on various hosts) for over 14 years. It is primarily a site of my comedy, music, & art.

My site is massive (thousands of pages & hundreds of songs) so review wise I'm mainly looking for impressions/first impressions & readability for whatever you take a look at.

one i would update the whole style and css and templates. your using tables. thats not a good idea. and the colors. I could barely read half of the items on the site. i would look into bootstrap and updating the way its coded.

after going through the site and clicking some links i was real quick to leave. the backgrounds also are killing it.

I do not know if you created this your self or if it was a program you downloaded. I would look into updating the codings.

if your wanting visitors the way you have colors of the site should be changed. it was hurting my eyes.

I agree with gamersc. The text colors don't work well with the background colors. It kind of reminds me of those old cluttered MySpace profiles where colors would clash and not match. It makes it hard to read parts of it because of the background.

Try a more opaque background for the text, a different color for the green text, possibly bigger size font. I also agree that you should update the style. Go for more modern style. Ditch the oldschool HTML and CSS (tables, <br> elements, and things like that).
