I have just launched a new website.

In my cPanel it says:

Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours
You have reached entry processes (number of simultaneously running php and cgi scripts, as well as cron jobs and shell sessions) limit 2 times

Is this important? Should I monitor this? Can an x10 staff member please look into my account to identify the issue before this becomes a larger problem?

Looks like it's Grav, so can anything be done or should I move to a new CMS?

Short of rewriting Grav, your best bet is probably to move to a new CMS. Flat-file systems don't tend to do well on shared hosting.
