I keep getting this message when tying to log in


There is a problem with your request
We've found that you're connecting with a network proxy, VPN, or Tor, and we're unable to complete your request because of this. Please disable any such service, sign out and back in.

I an not using any of these can you please help

here are some test you can do...

test if your IP address is on a blacklist at [ https://www.whatismyip.com/blacklist-check/?iref=ip-lookup ]

test if your IP address is showing a proxy (or a tunneling protocol) at...
[ http://amibehindaproxy.com/ ]
AND
[ http://www.whatismyip.com/proxy-check/?iref=home ]
AND
[ http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip-lookup ] <-- then click on [ Lookup IP Address ]
AND
[ http://mxtoolbox.com/whatismyip/ ]
AND
[ https://ipleak.net/ ]
AND
[ http://ipinfo.info/html/privacy-check.php ]

Thanks for your help but I Checked them all and I'm not behind anything so how do I resolve this

What country are you from?
What browser are you using?

x10hosting servers are no ordinary servers. They have strong firewalls and security in place to protect it's members and that's what we appreciate. So this security detects proxys and TOR that try to "pretend" to be who they are not.

If you think that the system did make a mistake, the forum mods would be most happy to assist. But most often, they find out that the system is correct. That's why I love x10hosting.
