Zero "Disk space usage"

Hello,
Past week my "Disk space usage" is showing zero usage, cpanel not workiing & site is dead. I konw the account is "Lotus" and it have been updated, but update how done... any suggestions?

The maintenance on Lotus does not appear to be fully completed yet. The work should be done soon but I do not currently know exactly when.

The site is still dead, 0 - disk Space Usage, even though two weeks have past, i can't even install nothing!!!

Escalating up to staff so they can do some extra digging; there's been no other similar reports that I've seen so I'm thinking it's account specific in this case. They're more likely to be able to figure out what's broke than just us advocates
