Zoneedit error - can't find advanced zone editor. Site not showing!

I noticed I don't have access to the zoneedit feature, which I had original. Please correct this. I get the following error when trying to add the a record for thecanadiansandbox.tk:

error Error
You must have the zoneedit feature to take this action. You currently only have the simplezoneedit feature.

I've also noticed that my web services for thecanadiansandbox.tk have been moved from starka.x10hosting.com to absolut.x10hosting.com. thecanadiansandbox.tk a record doesn't seem to exist, thus my site isn't showing up. Please ensure that the a record is added so my web and email services will work again.

in summary I need:
a record: thecanadiansandbox.tk. pointed to 198.91.81.2 (the ip for absolut.x10hosting.com)
