I'm not sure what this means and why my account is suspended for it. Please let me know what I need to do to reinstate my account. Thank you.

ZT means Zero Tolerance, which means there -is- no reinstating of the accounts, nor are backups allowed.
The backups part of that suspension indicates you were hosting backups on us, which we don't permit - we're not a file hosting service, we're a webhosting service.
At this point the account is permanently suspended and that suspension cannot be revoked. There is nothing you can do.
