can't open the hosting control panel

I can't open the hosting control panel. I've tried several times. Please fix it.

no error. just not work hosting control panel button and password change button.
Previously, it would open when I clicked on hosting control panel button, but now it doesn't.

I can not reproduce this at this time. Therefore, I believe this will be local / browser related. Can you attempt to do this on a different browser?

Thank you for the video. This is certainly not replicable on any of my machines When you click to open the control panel a secondary window shows and pops up. Is it possible you disabled pop ups on x10hosting.com? Can you check your web console ( f12) when you attempt this to check any other logging that it may have?

I tried allowing pop-ups, but it still doesn't work.
I don't really understand but is this what you mean?
