can't open the hosting control panel

no error. just not work hosting control panel button and password change button.
Previously, it would open when I clicked on hosting control panel button, but now it doesn't.
Same in other browsers.
Can you confirm if this shows any errors or provide a screenshot of what you see on the screen when attempting to access this?

Thank you for the video. This is certainly not replicable on any of my machines When you click to open the control panel a secondary window shows and pops up. Is it possible you disabled pop ups on x10hosting.com? Can you check your web console ( f12) when you attempt this to check any other logging that it may have?

I tried allowing pop-ups, but it still doesn't work.

I don't know why, but I was able to open the control panel today. Anyway, thank you.
