Hi everyone, and specifically the admin/moderation team,

I'm hoping to get some guidance on an urgent issue with my account.

Earlier today, my account (qdqwgpmo) was suspended. I've been a long-time user running my services on an x11 server, and I've never had a problem before. The only change I made recently was adding my newly registered domain, teamraven.online, which I suspect triggered the suspension.

This is a particularly disruptive situation because my account hosts a central licensing service. This service is the backbone for five to six of my desktop applications, and right now, all of my users are experiencing outages because of this.

I completely understand the need to enforce platform policies. If the new domain caused an issue, I am ready to delete it from my account right away. My main priority is to restore service for the people who rely on my applications.

Would an admin be able to review my situation? I'm happy to cooperate in any way to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I have allowed the domain in the system, you should see the service coming back within an hour.
Thank you so much! Its working now! One suggestion.. Blacklist domain should appear while adding domain, like "You can't add this domain because its in blacklist.." Entire service suspension cause heavy damage sometimes. <3

That was the old way and I will say that way is not feasible. Under the old way, the domain wouldn’t really be allowed, period end of story.

Now, it essentially puts into a “quarantine” so to speak so that those who do have legitimate domains/use can be whitelisted.
