Unable to Unsuspend: "Multiple Users" Error on Login - Please Help

Hello Admin / Support Team,

My account was suspended today due to inactivity (30 days). I am trying to log in to the panel to reactivate/unsuspend it, but I am constantly getting a "Multiple Users" error, and it won't let me access my dashboard.

I want to clarify that I am the only person accessing this account. I have been logging in from my personal PC at my home. I am not sure why the system is flagging this as "multiple users."

Request: I have a very important project hosted on this account (a PHP/MySQL based project), and I do not have a recent local backup. I have put a lot of hard work into this.

Could you please fix this login error or temporarily unsuspend my account so I can retrieve my database and files? I would really prefer to continue hosting with x10Hosting as I like the service, but right now I am desperate to just access my data.

It is already been 6 days since my hosting suspended and as I know I only have 9 more days after that my hosting, it's files data base everything will be deleted.

I am facing a issue in my account that it is suspended due to inactivity (30 days). However, I cannot unsuspend it myself because I keep getting a "Multiple Users" error whenever I try to login to the panel.

Could you please help me fix this login error so I can reactivate my account? I am ready to provide any details needed to verify that I am the only user of this account.

If fully reactivating the hosting is not possible, please allow me temporary access just to download my database and project files. I have a very critical project hosted here and I am really worried about losing my hard work.

I can see 12 accounts using the exact same IP as yourself. Can you please confirm the network you are accessing your service from?

Firstly I appreciate you replied me, to be completely honest with you, I was using a VPN to access x10Hosting because I can't create account from x10hosting in my country, and I followed a YouTube tutorial that suggested using it. I believe the 12 accounts you are seeing on that IP are simply other users of that same public VPN service, not me. I strictly own only this one account. I understand now that this activity goes against your privacy and policy, and I realize that in this case, you may not be able to unsuspend my account. If that is the decision, I respect it, but I humbly request you to please at least email a backup of my SQL database to arjitjha47@gmail.com. It contains months of hard work and very important data. I never intended to abuse the system. Thank you.
