My account was suspended today due to inactivity (45 days). I am trying to log in to the panel to reactivate/unsuspend it, but I am constantly getting a "Multiple Users" error, and it won't let me access my dashboard.
I want to clarify that I am the only person accessing this account. I have been logging in from my personal PC at my home. I am not sure why the system is flagging this as "multiple users."
Request: I have a very important project hosted on this account (a PHP/MySQL based project), and I do not have a recent local backup. I have put a lot of hard work into this.
Could you please fix this login error or temporarily unsuspend my account so I can retrieve my database and files? I would really prefer to continue hosting with x10Hosting as I like the service, but right now I am desperate to just access my data.
