Suspended?

Hello,
My control panel shows my account is active:However, when I go to my domain (mscehb.com) I get a message that this account is suspended. I am not aware of a reason it should be suspended. It has been this way since Tuesday, at least.

Please click the button of your service name and then click the Hosting Control Panel button. Are you able to get into the hosting control panel?

Yes, everything else seems to work fine. But the home page of all the domains still say the service is suspended. Not sure if it's relevant, but occasionally the https version says "Apache is functioning normally".
This is obviously not that which the Hosting Control Panel shows should be on my web site.
