Any size, any font, any logo, any color/background, any text and so on.
Name what you want using the folowing form:
Text:
Font: (Acknowledge TT BRK is default for userbars)
Background: Default starfield/Gradient/Custom
(Custom background: )
Logo:
Stroke: Yes/No
3D effects: Default/Custom/None
Diagonal striping: Top-left to Bottom-right/Top-right to Bottom-left/None
Animation: Rotate to another userbar/Move icon/Custom/None
If you want the userbar to rotate to others, also include what you want in the other userbars.
Every field is optional. Unless specified I will pick in my opinion the best suiting option.
Note: I won't do "Just come up with something" requests.

The finished userbar will be PM'ed as a preview like this one:
Preview.jpg

After payment the preview marks are removed and the file is sent again in a PM.

The costs vary on how much custom work you want on it:
For instance.
If you pick a userbar like this:
Text: Preview
Font: Acknowledge TT BRK (default)
Background: Default starfield
Logo: None
Stroke: Yes
3D effect: Default
Diagonal striping: None
Preview-1.jpg

It would cost you a mere 30 credits.

If you want every single aspect to be custom however, the cost can go up to a max. of 300 credits depending on the dificulty.

Stroke: Since I don't know what it is, no. =P
As stroke is a one pixel wide border around your userbar. (also comes in any color)

Yours will be at 50 credits.

@ chougard, working on it...

I'm using Adobe Photoshop CS2.
That means they realy are custom.
No php generated userbars from my end.

and gif format what are you using for gif format?
I use Image Ready CS2.
That means even the transitions of the animation are by my own hand.
(Or mouse/tablet if you like)

@ cgrim29588, im on it.
Edit: do you want me to remove the background of that image or just place it as is.

Can you do a userbar like this:

IRtLeliterideruserbar.gif

There it show "I ride the lines" I want "JAGF - Just A Game Forum" and at the moving part first it should stand "vigge_sWe" then "Administrator". Then at the right I want abstract like this: http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/6454/vistaaq6.png (The lines, not the white part)
If thats too much a regular green abstract brush is good. And the background should be black to red.
