Access to CPanel, FTP, "An error has occured"

For the past few weeks, I didn't have access to:
- my CPanel
- my FTP server
- And when I connect to the following address http://x10hosting.com/account , I get the following error message:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've successfully logged in, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

If anyone can help me to solve this problem !
