Account's PHP Version

Hi, I need a mail() function to my website, so I need change php version to Intermediate PHP Configuration.

When I continue the process give me an error:

An Error Has Occurred
An error occurred with your PHP version change request. Try again later or contact x10Hosting. (Code 3)

When I do now?
