I need help There is no way i can get access to my ftp

It keeps saying the folling command

Response: 421 Service not available.
Error: Could not connect to server

on my cpanel it say I should use

port: 21

and thats what im using but it keeps giving me that error

to use that address, you need to configure that domain at co.cc (I'm not sure that you need it if you are using x10hostings name servers though).

the use of ftp.allissonlozz.co.cc relates to the public_ftp folder.

To access your account files, use this:
address: allissonlozz.co.cc
user name and password: same as for cPanel
port: 21

i was able to log in but the file i have uploaded in (public_html) is not showing in the site

hmm... the address allissonlozz.co.cc shows as available at co.cc when I enter the address in my browser.

I know I've read somewhere that the domains at co.cc expire after one year, how long have you had it?

Did you use the cpanel ftp account setting that it gives you

If it's currently available, did you even register the allissonlozz.co.cc domain at .co.cc in the first place? Lol.

Over the last month in these forums I've noticed that a lot of people don't even realise that they have to.
