Hi,

I have taken a backup of my website from my old host. It was taken using cpanel backup wizard and can be restored in the curret server using restorepkg script. Can you please do this for me?

I have uploaded the backup file to my public_html folder.

Domain in question is basilvarghese.co.cc

Thanks and Regards
Basil

We have disabled the Backup feature in the cPanel interface because many people abuse it and use up too much of our system resources.

Is it possible to go back to your old host and download the files from your public_html folder after compressing them into a zip or any other type of archive?

If the cPanel backup is the one I remember, you can go into the compressed file, and get the contents of it to upload.

All databases, etc. should be in there as well, and you should be able to execute the sql queries using PHPmyAdmin or a similar program.
