my account was suspended due to inactivity, and stated that I needed to log in once every two weeks. However there was only 3-4 days of inactivity, so I am not certain why it was suspended. I have submitted the unsuspend request, but due to travel time I did not have internet access. I understand the 2 week policy, but this was well short of 2 weeks.

Just to make sure and clarify, you do realize it is here at the forums you need to login at least once every two weeks?
Logging in to cPanel and/or account panel does not count in that regard.

Also it may be of interest to know that it may take a minute or two for the system to see you as active, so it is advised to spend a few minutes to check what's new.

Looks like your account is now unsuspended.
