You were suspended for "no site". Which generally mean that your main domain either show a directory listing, or the default index.html page that came with your account.

I checked your account, and I found it to indeed have no site, but what is worse is that it seems you are only using it as a file host, to distribute CS maps and other files.

I suspended your account again as file hosting is against TOS.

Now that you have been given a definite answer to your initial problem by an account manager, and you have not posted a response back in over 48 hours, I am going to close this thread to mark it as resolved.
