Free vs. Premium Hosting Packages

Hi,

I have a free hosting package with you that I opened up a few weeks ago. I have been looking at getting something where you don't have to log in to forums every two weeks. Essentially something where I can put a site up and leave it (obviously updating it when necessary).

Am I right in thinking that when upgrading to one of your premium hosting packages I don't need to keep logging in to keep my account active?

Also why is it that you get more in a free account than a premium account (static). E.g.
3 FTP account on free / 1 on static
3 SQL databases on free / 2 on static
3 parked domains on free / 2 on static

Please could you let me know the answer to the above so that I can choose my next hosting supplier. May I also take this opportunity to say that what you offer on the free service is excellent. Your control panel and everything is really easy to use and the fact that scripting is included is excellent.

If you go to your account panel here on the forums you will find the option to pay $3 for an inactivity timer, which means you do not need to login here for a full year.

As for the hosting packages, yes the static package gives less ftp accounts, databases and parked domains. But what you do get is priority support (premium has it's own ticket system), guaranteed uptime of 99.9%, higher limits on resource usage. Over all premium is more stable as there's less accounts per server, and they are less likely to be abused.

Yes, premium does not have a login requirement to keep the account active.
