I'm aware that you're migrating Chopin but thought this would be done without any significant downtime. My webspace has been offline for 12 hours now. I appreciate this may be a DNS propagation issue in which case no need to reply.

I keep on updating files in my website and I cannot see them updating on the website, does this have anything to do with this migration going on?? Please, let me know because I am going nuts trying to update this website and it's not working...

Migration means Chopin is getting a new IP.
If dns hasn't yet been fully updated for both your sites address and chopin.x10hosting.com it is very likely that you upload the files to one server (old), but it is the other that server (new) actually is accessed whenyou browse to your site.
